-- What is CIPP?

A structural pipe, formed in place.

A CIPP liner is a resin-saturated textile sleeve that we insert into your existing pipe and cure into a hard, seamless new pipe wall. The result is a structural, leak-free pipe-within-a-pipe — without breaking ground.

We use UV cold-cure technology with photo-initiated resins. It cures faster than traditional steam or ambient methods, which means less downtime and less disruption — whether the pipe runs under a front lawn, a parking lot, or a city street.

Best for:

Sewer mains, laterals, drain and storm lines.

Cure Method:

UV cold-cure (photo-initiated resin).

Handles:

Bends and diameter transitions.

Standards:

ASTM F1216 / NASSCO compliant.

From inspection to cured pipe.

01

Inspect & Clean

Camera scope to assess, then hydro-jet the line clean.

02

Saturate & Insert

Saturate the liner with photo-initiated resin and position it through existing access points.

03

UV Cure

A UV light train hardens the resin into a solid wall.

04

Reinstate & Verify

Robotic cutter reopens laterals, then a final camera sign-off.

Common questions

Expand for materials, standards, and documentation.

Installed to ASTM F1216 and F1743 standards, using NASSCO-compliant methods and documentation. Our UV cold-cure systems use photo-initiated resins for a fully structural, homogeneous liner. Chain-of-custody material certifications are available for your compliance records.

CIPP works in most common host-pipe materials — clay, cast iron, concrete, PVC, and more — across a wide range of diameters. The liner also negotiates bends and diameter transitions. We confirm the right fit during the camera inspection.

UV cold-cure sets faster than traditional steam or ambient curing, which shortens the downtime window. Exact timing depends on diameter and run length — we give you a firm schedule before work begins.

Pre- and post-installation camera footage, material certifications, and a record of the installed standards — everything you or your inspectors need for the project file.
